In 2007, Kate experienced a re-awakening.

“I began to remember, fully, what I had suppressed in my 20s: that I could connect very clearly with Spirit.” -Kate

As a young child, Kate felt things deeply, and had intuitive gifts. Later in her teens and early 20s, she was able to channel Spirit, often connecting with people who had passed away. After a less-than-favorable contact with a particular spirit while in college, she purposefully shut down these intuitive gifts.

After her re-awakening, she was excited and relieved to be connected to Spirit once again. Kate pursued learning how to use a variety of different energy modalities, seeking instructors that worked with the highest intentions for others. She began using some of these modalities in her pediatric occupational therapy practice, and eventually pursued work with adults in 2017 through The Energetic Heart. Kate has been trained in Vibrational Synergy, Reiki, shamanic practices through MoonRise, Selenite Swords of Light, Arcturian Healing Method, InterGalactics, the advanced work of Joe Dispenza, and has studied the Thoth Tarot. In 2021, she channeled a new frequency of energy, named Auric Light Alchemy. Kate is now teaching classes in person and virtually to help spread this powerful quantum energy modality, with the intention of helping to raise the vibration of the collective.

Kate has a pediatric occupational therapy practice, AboutPlay, in the Halidom Building in Southeast Atlanta. Her adult practice, The Energetic Heart, is also in the the Halidom Building. She divides her time between these two practices. She is married and has 3 children, and have a passion for the arts, animals, and outdoor time.
