Kate has created a body of quantum energy practices. She is teaching classes to people on how to use these practices for personal benefit, and how to help others with these simple and powerful techniques.
What is Auric Light Alchemy?
Auric Light Alchemy is a quantum energetic system that can be used for self-healing, helping others to heal, and even for world service. It can be used in conjunction with any healing work that you are already doing, and is relevant even if you do not consider yourself a “healer”, if you work in a more traditional setting, and/or are curious about self-evolution. There are over 20 quantum healing symbols that carry frequencies for evolving your own frequency, and the frequency of other people, places, situations, and beyond. This is a holographic healing system, meaning that it has the potential for healing “the whole”.
What is frequency and why is it relevant?
All things have a vibration, and the speed at which the vibration moves is considered to be it's frequency in our physical world and beyond. Matter carries a frequency, emotions and thoughts carry a specific frequency, sound and light carry frequencies as well. The Auric Light Alchemy symbols carry specific frequencies, which are for purposes of healing and self-transformation.
Simply looking at the symbols can shift vibration to move to a higher frequency, and the symbols also carry a charge so that when a person becomes “attuned” to them in the Auric Light Alchemy trainings, they can be felt in the physical body. This has the potential to bring greater overall coherence (when the body’s systems are in sync with one another) to the recipient. These frequencies are activated at the heart, and assist in raising the heart coherence of the person who becomes attuned. The practitioner is then able to share the frequencies directly with others in a number of unique ways.
The frequencies can help the recipients to feel better, feel more connected, feel more resilient, and shift out of lower vibrational patterns and emotions (self-sabotage, lower emotional states that can cause dissonance in the body). They are highly empowering, and will work uniquely with each participant.
What does the training involve?
There are four levels of training, and each training is 2 days long. Participants can expect learning engaging both sides of the brain: the left hemisphere is satisfied with the instruction, the manual, and organized content (with plenty of Q&A time), while the right hemisphere can enjoy the individual and unique attunements which incorporate channeling, sound, breath work, body integration with yoga, and opportunities for automatic writing.
The trainings are intimate and powerful portals of transformation; whether or not the participant is there for self-empowerment, to share the frequencies with others as practitioners, or both.
Kate developed Auric Light Alchemy after a series of meditations and channelings on Arabia Mountain. She is so excited to share these practices with you.
